Time magazine is one of the world's most famous publications. It is available across the globe and since the first issue was published in 1923 it has featured some of the most famous photographs which have ever been taken. Recently, Time magazine created a collection of the '100 images that changed the world' as chosen by an international team of gallery curators along with staff from Time magazine itself.

Red (grades 4+) a) Click on the link above to see Time Magazine's collection of '100 images that changed the world'. b) Choose 6+ images to look at in more detail and read the information/watch the videos about them. Remember that Time is a magazine which reports on news which is happening around the world, so lots of the photographs included are documentary photographs. Also included in the list are fashion photographs, art based images and commercial photography. Try to focus on a variety of types of photographs when looking at the website, not just documentary photos. c) Create a Time Magazine mood board of 6+ photographs which you discovered as a result of this task - they may all be the work of one photographer whose work you enjoyed and then you researched or you can include several. This should be a mood board which you find inspirational so what you choose to include is totally up to you. d) Share your mood board with me on the Google Classroom and add it to your site.
