Watch the videos to learn more about how the different compositional guidelines can be used in photography in general. Make notes on a scrap piece of paper/your whiteboard if you feel this will help you remember the compositional techniques later on. |

Task 2:
As we learn about composition, we will be focussing on taking photographs of Still Life - this means taking photographs of objects. Still Life in an excellent subject matter when mastering the basics of composition because you have complete control over the set up of your photograph. Watch the video to see how the compositional guidelines translate into Still Life photography. |

Task 3:
a) Add a new title of 'Composition' to your site. b) Underneath your title, write a brief definition of what composition is (you can Google this as long as you rewrite whatever you find in your own words). c) Find examples of each compositional guideline being used in Still Life images from the internet and add them to your site according to your level of challenge. |
