Red (grades 6+)
As with amber but read through the red example of a more detailed analysis to inspire your writing. Try to use your skills in English to write about each element of the CD cover and what it might represent - think about the connotations of the choices which the photographer has made. What are the emotions and associations connected to the colours, typography and images? Depending on how a word or image has been used over time, it may have a positive, negative or neutral connotation. |
